The funeral arrangements for Carl Koontz, the Howard County deputy who was shot while serving a warrant, have been finalized.
The visitation will take place on Monday, March 28 from 1-7 p.m., at Northwestern High School.

The funeral will take place Tuesday at 11 a.m., also at the high school. Burial will follow at Albright Cemetery in Kokomo.
Koontz was a school resource officer for Northwestern Schools.
