INDIANAPOLIS -- A Greencastle auto parts maker is now recruiting workers in the inner city of Indianapolis.

The company, which makes plastic moldings for Subaru parts, wants to hire over 100 workers by the end of the week – so they held a recruiting event on Tuesday at Christ Missionary Church.

The starting salary for the job is $11 an hour. Workers will be on probation for 90 days, but if they achieve full time status they’ll become eligible for healthcare benefits and profit sharing.

The company will also be providing bus service for new employees, but not for free. The service will cost $10 per week.
