HAMILTON COUNTY, Ind. -- Riders, get your gears ready. The 13th annual Tour de Carmel is scheduled for Sept. 17, 2017.
Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation (CCPR) and Rollfast Gran Fondo are joining forces for this year’s ride.
The route will be approximately 8 miles long and includes multi-use paths, trails and sidewalks.
The bike ride will start at 10am and finishes at the Rollfast Gran Fondo festival, staged at the Carmel City Center.
There, riders can purchase food and beverages and take part in the Recovery Tent and enjoy live music.
The Fondo is ranked 8th in the nation, attracting riders from around the world.
Rollfast will be working alongside CCPR regarding funding, advertising and event-planning.
Rollfast will donate $1 of each registration for the 2017 ride to the Carmel Parks Foundation.
