WESTFIELD, Ind. -- If you’ve ever wondered what life was like for the men and women who first settled the city of Westfield, you’ll have the chance to see for yourself next weekend.
Actors from Westfield Playhouse will play notable people from Westfield’s history, greeting visitors along a 90-minute living history walk through the city’s downtown. Along the tour, guests will meet ‘voices from the past,’ learn their stories and interact with them. It may come as a surprise to some that Westfield was involved in the Underground Railroad!
‘Voices from the Past’ tours get underway on Friday, September 8th from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. They will begin at the east entrance to Asa Bales Park (211 N. Union St.). Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for students, and free for children 12 and under. You can buy tickets here.
