GREENFIELD, Ind. -- The City of Greenfield will soon have a new traffic signal.
The light will be installed at Barrett Dr. and New Rd. That's the intersection between Walmart and Home Depot.
City officials say there have been a number of crashes at this intersection over the last several years.
City Manager Mike Fruth says the project will cost about $250,000.
Installation of the new traffic signal is expected to begin in early to mid-October.
