INDIANAPOLIS -- The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department's Violent Crimes Unit, along with the United States Marshals Services, found and arrested a man accused of murder in Indianapolis.
Devion Tooson, 21, was arrested in the 3700 block of La Grange Court Wednesday morning.
Tooson was wanted in connection with the shooting death of Michael Banyard, 20, on April 23.
Banyard was shot and killed around 1 a.m. on the 9000 block of 39th Street.
Police say Banyard and the suspect had been fighting when the suspect shot him before running away.
On Wednesday, April 27, detectives with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department obtained an warrant for Tooson.
