INDIANAPOLIS -- The man accused of making multiple cyber threats toward Plainfield schools, police and residents is now in Indiana and will make his first court appearance in the state on Wednesday.
Buster Hernandez, aka "Brian Kil," is charged with threats to use an explosive device, threats to injure and sexual exploitation of a child.
The 26-year-old from California was arrested in his hometown earlier this month.
The threats were made over Facebook in late 2015 and early 2016 by a person using the moniker “Brian Kil." They prompted the evacuation and closure of both The Shops at Perry Crossing and Plainfield High School and caused parents to keep their children from school for several days while they were being investigated.

Hernandez will have his initial appearance in federal court on Wednesday, August 30 at 3 p.m. in Indianapolis.
