Crash involving two semis spreads oranges across interstate near Knightstown

KNIGHTSTOWN — A crash involving two semis near Knightstown caused a citrus mess on Interstate 70 Monday evening.

The Knightstown Fire Department said two semis collided on I-70 near the Knightstown exit. No injuries were reported but the crash caused thousands of oranges to be strewn across the interstate.

I-70 was closed while crews worked to clean up the mess but has since been reopened.
