HENRY COUNTY, Ind. -- A Westfield man was arrested Thursday on charges connected to child pornography.
Timothy Brouwer, 27, was arrested on a Henry County Felony Warrant following a lengthy investigation by Indiana State Police. The investigation began in April after state police received a tip from a concerned parent.
Brouwer was arrested on seven charges of child exploitation and two charges of dissemination of material harmful to a minor.
State police say the charges stem from events that occurred earlier this year when Brouwer allegedly took photos of a minor child engaged in sexual activity and transmitted images of an adult engaged in sexual activity with a minor.
