SANTA CLAUS, Ind. -- Hoosiers know how awesome Holiday World is and it seems like the rest of the world is finally catching on too – TripAdvisor recently named Holiday World’s Splashin’ Safari water park one of the top five water parks in the United States.
The travel site says 13% of Americans will be visiting an amusement or water park this summer - many on the upcoming July 4 weekend – so they’ve put together a list of the top parks in the country to help you decide where to go.
The top parks were determined by using the quantity and quality of reviews and ratings for each park over a 12-month period.
