Rushville man dies after flipping semi in Howard County

HOWARD COUNTY, Ind. -- A Rushville man was killed after he flipped his semi while making a turn on US 35 in Howard County Tuesday morning. 

The Howard County Sheriff's Department says 29-year-old Zackariah Andrew was driving a 2019 Freightliner on US 35 at the Davis Road Split Overpass just before 11 a.m. when he failed to negotiate a turn properly and drove off the roadway, rolling his truck several times. 

Andrew was pronounced dead at the scene by the Howard County Coroner. He was not wearing a seatbelt. 

The accident remains under investigation by the Howard County Sheriff's Department.
