LEBANON, Ind. -- At least forty vehicles were involved in a crash on NB I-65 in Lebanon Sunday afternoon.
There were multiple crashes reported between mile marker 138 and mile marker 140 near State Road 32 around 1:30 p.m.
"Visibility deteriorated very quickly to less than a tenth of a mile," John Perrine of Indiana State Police said. "The road conditions deteriorated very quickly."
Several people were taken to area hospitals, but none of the injuries are believed to be life-threatening.

"When the weather starts changing, people need to reduce their speed, and they just didn't do that today," Perrine said.
