IMPD: All clear given after bomb squad called to check suspicious package on E. Washington

INDIANAPOLIS -- The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department bomb squad was called for a suspicious package on the city's east side Monday evening. 

IMPD was called out to the 5300 block of East Washington sometime before 10 p.m. Once units arrived on the scene police say their supervisor requested the bomb squad to come out.

The all clear was given around 11:30pm.
