Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Officer Breann Leath was killed in the line of duty while responding to a domestic situation on April 9, 2020.
Although Officer Leath's funeral services had to be amended because of COVID-19 restrictions in the state, hundreds of officers and others helped celebrate her life in a way only Hoosiers can.
Leath was the second female IMPD officer to be killed in the line of duty.
Her final 10-42, End of Watch, was issued Thursday evening.
"Baker 231, Patrolman Leath, is now 10-42 for the last time. May she rest in peace."
