INDIANAPOLIS -- An Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officer rescued three ducklings from a sewer drain using a 'momma duck call' video from his cell phone.
Sergeant Bill Carter was able to safely rescue the first two ducklings but the third little one just didn't want to come out. Using a YouTube video featuring a momma duck calling to her ducklings, Sgt. Carter was able to finally get all three ducklings to safety.
