Death penalty upheld for suspected serial killer

INDIANAPOLIS -- The Indiana Supreme Court has upheld the death penalty in the case of William Clyde Gibson III.

The New Albany man was convicted of killing his late mother's best friend in 2012 and cutting up her body.

Gibson also faces a death sentence for killing another Indiana woman.
