INDIANAPOLIS -- The Indiana Supreme Court will hear the appeal for Mark Ray Leonard in September.
In July 2015, Leonard was convicted on all counts of 53 charges, ranging from arson to murder, in connection with the 2012 Richmond Hill Explosion.
In August, Leonard was sentenced to two life sentences without parole, with an additional 75 years for the other charges.
Leonard's trial begins on Sept. 22 at 9 a.m.
