INDIANAPOLIS -- An Indianapolis man was arrested on child molestation charges after a year-long investigation by Indiana State Police.
Troopers were contacted in January 2015 by a woman who said her child had possibly been sexually molested.
Investigators determined that John Daniels, 47, had sex with a 15-year-old victim in Marion County on more than one occasion over the past few years.
Daniels is also accused of sexual molestation of the same victim in Switzerland County.
He was arrested on Wednesday and is being held on $150,000 bond.
Daniels is charged with two counts of child molesting, two counts of sexual misconduct with a minor, and child solicitation.
