INDIANAPOLIS -- Good news for first-time home buyers in Indiana -- Indianapolis is the top market for you, according to a report from real estate website Zillow.com.
The report was based on median home values (about $130,000), affordability, inventory and cash buyer competition.
On the other side of the spectrum, Salt Lake City, Washington DC and New York were on the worse end for a first-time home buyer.
