WalletHub projects that American households will spend an average of $370.75 on Fourth of July festivities in 2016. That's up seven percent from last year.
So how do the largest 100 U.S. cities compare when it comes the holiday costs?
WalletHub evaluated each city in terms of entertainment and food, attractions and activities, and the Fourth of July weather forecast.
Indianapolis didn't fare so well. We came in at number 67 on the list.
Number 1? Seattle.
