INDIANAPOLIS -- The future of the Broad Ripple Park is taking shape after the Indianapolis Parks Department approved a $70,000 improvement plan this week.
The plan includes a proposal to repurpose the pool, which has been a matter of concern for many living in the area over the past several weeks.
Indy Parks spokesperson Ronnetta Spalding says they are looking at replacing the pool with another water feature such as a lazy river or an indoor pool that could be used year-round.
