INDIANAPOLIS -- Indianapolis residents can now get their Amazon packages delivered right inside their front door through the company’s newest delivery service: Amazon Key.

Amazon Key, available exclusively to Prime members, allows delivery people to enter your home and deliver your packages instead of leaving them on your front porch.

Prime users can purchase the Amazon Key kit for $249 which includes a camera and keypad. They will then have the option to choose “free in-home delivery” for shipping.

The kit allows Amazon to remotely unlock your door for their drivers and the Amazon Key app lets customers watch the delivery from wherever they are.

After your package is delivered, Amazon will notify you after the driver has securely locked your home.
