DECATUR TOWNSHIP, Ind. -- With Sunday's devastating shooting in Las Vegas, we could all use a little uplifting news right now.

That's why this picture that was shared on the RTV6 Facebook page caught our eye.

It was taken during the Decatur Youth League first and second grade tournament game on Sunday, October 1 by Cynthia Swallow.

Cynthia says the flag is being held by the Texans who were playing Ole Miss. Both teams are part of the league.

The coach of the Texans came up with the flag idea.

Cynthia says she said she believes it was meant to prove that no matter their color or creed, they are united.

"They are the future and only know what they have been taught," said Cynthia.

She says they have a great group of coaches who want to make sure the children are being raised well, and to steer them away from all the negativity and bring out the positive.
