INDIANAPOLIS -- A man has been arrested after police found guns and drugs inside his home during a parole violation check.

Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Flex Team members assisted with a parole visit to the home of Tierre Moore, 35, on N. Mitchner Avenue after he violated his Electronic Monitoring.

Police say Moore was on electronic monitoring as part of his MCCC agreement because he is a Violence Reduction Partnership target and an uncooperative shooting victim.

Police say Moore also had ties to the "Grundy Crew."

After locating a gun and marijuana inside the home during their visit, the IMPD Flex Team obtained a search warrant and found a total of four firearms, marijuana and spice inside the home. One of those firearms had been reported stolen.

Moore was arrested and charged with suspicion of escape and serious violent felon in possession of a firearm.
