INDIANAPOLIS -- Every animal deserves to be in a loving home for the holidays, which is why IACS is offering adoptions for just $5 the entire month of December as part of their "Home for the Pawlidays" promotion.
With more than 1,000 animals currently being cared for at Indianapolis Animal Care Services, the shelter is hoping to find homes for as many of them as possible before Christmas.
All of IACS’ adoptable animals can be viewed online here.
All adoptions include a spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchip, and heartworm testing.
Shelter Adoption Hours:
- Monday: 10am-8pm
- Tuesday: 10am-6pm
- Wednesday: CLOSED
- Thursday: 10am-7pm
- Friday: 10am-6pm
- Saturday:10am-6pm
- Sunday: 10am-6pm
- The shelter is closed on all City holidays.
If you don’t want to adopt, the shelter is also looking for help in the form of fosters and volunteers to help walk dogs, feed animals and help clean the shelter.
