INDIANAPOLIS — In an effort to incorporate the community's thoughts and opinions on Indianapolis Metropolitan Department possibly bringing body-worn cameras to city officers, the city will hold listening sessions at each IMPD district starting Monday, March 4.
As first announced by Mayor Joe Hogsett and IMPD Chief Bryan Roach on Monday Feb. 4, officials have laid out the first stages of a body camera program aimed at the study of "feasibility" for local police officers, according to Chief Communications Officer, Aliya Wishner.
