JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. -- A southern Indiana high school student is accused of molesting 17 little girls between the ages of 3 and 7 while working as a teacher's assistant.
Michael Begin, 18, was first arrested in October 2017 after being accused of molesting two 6-year-old girls, according to WHAS. He was a student at Jeffersonville High School at the time of his arrest.
Since then, 15 other girls have come forward and accused Begin of touching their "private parts" while he was assistant teaching in pre-school classrooms, libraries and the YMCA, according to WHAS.
According to documents obtained by WHAS, the abuse happened between September and October 2017 when Begin was employed by the YMCA and worked as a teaching assistant at Thomas Jefferson Elementary School.
Begin is facing 20 molestation charges at this time.
