INDIANAPOLIS -- An Indianapolis man was killed in a crash early Saturday morning on the city's east side.
Indiana State Police say Jamel Roscoe, 18, was speeding when he clipped another car and hit a guardrail on I-465 just north of Southeastern Avenue.
Troopers say Roscoe was not wearing a seatbelt and was thrown from a white Pontiac as it rolled over.
Roscoe later died at the hospital.
State police say weather was not a factor in the crash. Blood test results are pending.
The other driver involved in the crash was not hurt.
