Posted

INDIANAPOLIS – A restaurant on Indy’s south side was broken into this weekend, leaving the owner with thousands of dollars in damage.

The owner of Indy’s Famous Grill said he found a “big mess” when he arrived at the restaurant around 6 a.m. He said the back door was kicked in and $4,500 in cash was stolen along with six flat screen TVs.

The door and cash registers will need to be replaced, but he isn’t sure how much they will cost.
