Indianapolis man found guilty in double murder case

INDIANAPOLIS — An Indianapolis man who shot and killed two people during a fight in 2017 has been found guilty.

On the second day his trial, a Marion County jury convicted 53-year-old Eldridge Moore in the murders of 29-year-old Brandon Miller and 65-year-old Phillip McBrady,

Both were killed at McBrady's home in the 3500 block of North Richardt Avenue on the Indianapolis northeast side.

McBrady's was Moore's uncle.

At the time, police said Moore was seen fleeing from the shooting scene in McBrady's vehicle.

The victims were found dead inside the house.

Eldridge Moore will be sentenced on February 22.
