Man dies after being shot during argument outside business on Indy's east side

INDIANAPOLIS -- A man has died after he was shot during an argument outside a business on Indianapolis' east side Thursday evening. 

Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers were called to the scene in the 2900 block of East 10th Street near Oxford Street around 9:30 p.m. for a report of a person shot. 

Police say a man in his 20s was arguing with another man outside of a business when the other man pulled out a gun and shot him. 

The victim was taken to Eskenazi Hospital where he later died. 

Police do not have any suspects at this time. They are still searching for the shooter.

The shooting remains under investigation by the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
