Man found dead Sunday on Indianapolis' north side now considered homicide

INDIANAPOLIS -- The death of a man found inside an apartment on Indianapolis' north side Sunday morning is now being investigated as a homicide. 

Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers were called to the apartment complex in the 3700 block of N. Meridian around 8 a.m. 

Inside the apartment, officers found the body of a man. He was pronounced dead at the scene. 

The Marion County Coroner's Office has determined the man died from blunt force trauma. His identity has not been released. 

His death is being investigated as a homicide. No arrests have been made.
