INDIANAPOLIS – The Marion County Coroner has identified the body of a man who was found on the city’s North Side Thursday evening.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police said the body was found in the 3300 block of Station Street behind a vacant home around 6 p.m. Medics pronounced the man dead at the scene.
The coroner says Timothy Dennis died from a gunshot wound and his death was a homicide.
Police say the investigation is ongoing as they search for witnesses.
