INDIANAPOLIS -- Indianapolis police have named their witnesses to testify in a civil lawsuit filed against two officers accused of shooting and killing a man during an attempted traffic stop last year.
In the federal court filing, IMPD has named 53 different witnesses in the case and 33 of those witnesses are police officers and detectives.
Attorneys for Aaron Bailey's family have also named 22 people to testify in the case, but say they will name more in the coming months.
In all, both sides have identified 67 pieces of evidence that will be used in court so far.

Attorneys for Aaron Bailey's family have also requested that the trial be pushed back because they have not been able to get depositions from the two officers involved in the shooting.
