HENDRICKS COUNTY, Ind. -- What's cuter than a newborn baby? A newborn baby in a Christmas stocking, of course!

During the month of December, all babies born at Hendricks Regional Hospital get their very own hand-sewn stocking.

Each year, Hendricks Regional Health says Guild members sew over 1,000 knit caps for babies born at the hospital. Around the holidays, the volunteers make Christmas stockings for the babies born in December.

Hendricks Regional Health shared this adorable image on their Facebook page with the caption. "This is one of the many December babies going home with a special gift this month! - Thank you to these volunteers for creating wonderful experiences for our tiniest patients and their families."
