INDIANAPOLIS -- One person is dead after a shooting on Indianapolis' north side Monday evening.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers were called to the scene in the 3200 block of North Park Avenue just after 9:30 p.m.
Police say an adult male was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim was identified as Adrien Evans, 22.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting have not been released.
The shooting remains under investigation by the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
