Pedestrian struck, killed on Indianapolis' west side

INDIANAPOLIS – A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle on Indy’s west side Monday night.

Indianapolis Metropolitan Police said a man in his 40s was struck near 38th Street and High School Road around 7 p.m.

The driver involved is being questioned by detectives and has cooperated with officers. 

The victim has been identified as 44-year-old Eric Ezell.
