Person 'extremely critical' after shooting on Indianapolis' north side

INDIANAPOLIS -- Indianapolis police say a person is in 'extremely critical' condition after they were shot at a home on the city's north side late Thursday evening. 

Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers were called to the scene in the 2200 block of Woodglen Drive for a report of a person who had been shot. 

That person was transported to the hospital in critical condition. No other details about the shooting have been released.
