INDIANAPOLIS – One person was shot and killed in a parking lot on Indianapolis' northeast side.
Indianapolis police said the person was shot in the 5900 block of Devington Road around 11:30 p.m.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The name of the victim was not released by police.
