INDIANAPOLIS -- A person was shot and killed Tuesday night on Indianapolis' northeast side.
The shooting happened around 11 p.m. in the 3400 block of E. 38th Street.
Officers found 31-year-old Kevin Luther with a gunshot wound. He was declared dead at the scene.
There is no word on a motive for the killing or if police have a suspect in custody.
No further information is available.
