INDIANAPOLIS -- New plans are in the works for another old store building that used to house one of Indiana’s Marsh stores almost a year after the grocery chain filed for bankruptcy.
A sign in front of the old Marsh at 62nd Street and Keystone Avenue says ‘Redevelopment Coming”, and the owner of that building says he hopes its coming sooner rather than later.
Developer Thomas English says plans are in the works to divide the large vacant building into four to six suites. He says he is currently in talks with casual restaurant chains and hair salons to become possible tenants for those suites.
English says he hopes to announce the name of the first major tenant for the vacant building in about two months.
