Police ask for help identifying shooting suspect in shooting at Indy bar

INDIANAPOLIS -- Police are asking for the public's help to identify a man they believe is connected to a shooting at an Indianapolis bar that left another man in critical condition. 

Officers were called to Buddies Bar on Lafayette Road just before 4 a.m. on October 15. 

According to the incident report filed by Indianapolis Metropolitan Police, they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. The victim was taken to Methodist Hospital in critical condition. 

Police released surveillance video on Thursday that shows a man they are calling a suspect in the shooting and a gray Chevy Tahoe. 

Anyone with information about that shooting or who can identify the suspect from the video above is asked to contact Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana at 317-262-8477 or IMPD.
