INDIANAPOLIS -- A street has buckled on Indianapolis' southeast side following a water main break.
It happened early Sunday morning near the intersection of Prospect St. and S. Ewing St.
As of noon, crews from Citizens Energy still had not located the break.
The street has since reopened.
