INDIANAPOLIS -- Star Wars fans across Indianapolis are taking part in a 12-day, citywide scavenger hunt put on by IMAX and the Indiana State Museum ahead of the release of Star Wars Episode VIII later this month.

Each day through December 6, a hand-painted one-of-a-kind ceramic mug will be hidden somewhere in the city. @IMAXIndy will then share clues about where it can be found starting at 11:30 a.m. each day.

Each mug features Chewbacca, Boba Fett or R2D2 designs crafted by the anonymous local Indianapolis artist behind the @Indy_Mugs Instagram account. The mug-finder will also receive ten passes to a private screening of Episode VII before the release of Episode VIII.

The first mug was hidden in a downtown coffee shop on Massachusetts Avenue on Saturday.

The second mug was downtown near the Soldiers and Sailors monument on Sunday.

And just like that. Boba Fett has a new home! Welcome to the Star Wars Mug Club!
