INDIANAPOLIS — Dr. Lewis Ferebee will stay with IPS for a few more weeks before he makes the move to Washington, D.C.
His decision to leave Indianapolis Public Schools came less than a month after voters approved two referendums worth $272 million to increase teacher pay and fund school security improvements.
Ferebee discussed his decision to leave in an interview Tuesday morning.
