INDIANAPOLIS -- Dozens of current and former restaurant employees at one Indiana restaurant will be getting back wages totaling more than $54,000.
The 101 people were, or are, employed by Luciana’s Mexican Restaurant and Cantina at two locations in Indianapolis and one in Columbus.
The US Department of Labor found that the company failed to pay servers and cooks overtime as required by the Fair Labor Standards Act.
The company has since changed its payroll practices to make sure the same issue doesn’t happen again.
