Indiana's state parks will celebrate Welcome Back Weekend

INDIANAPOLIS — Indiana's state parks are ready for visitors to return this weekend.

According to a release from the Indiana Department of Natural Resources, state parks around Indiana will host special events Saturday and Sunday for Welcome Back Weekend and admission will be free to all parks on Sunday as a part of Visit Indiana Week.

For people who want to stay more than one day, State Park Inns are offering 25 percent off two consecutive nights through May 24, including weekends. Annual passes for admission to all parks are $50 for Indiana residents, $70 for non-residents and $25 for senior Indiana residents.
