INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis Department of Transportation is having a contest to let two lucky Hoosiers see what's going on behind the scenes at the I-465 construction that has so many lanes closed and is causing a traffic mess in parts of the city.
Are you excited yet?
INDOT East Central Tweeted the contest out Friday morning.
According to the Tweet, those two lucky winners will get to visit the full closure on I-465 and see what's really going on.
It's construction, we hope? But maybe not, who knows!
Either way, you won't want to miss out on this contest. All you have to do is like and retweet the post (shown below) on the @INDOTEast Twitter account by Monday, August 19.
Parts of I-465 in Marion County were closed starting last week for two weeks of construction. The areas that closed August 9 are expected to re-open by August 24.
