Two months after the Indianapolis City-County Council gave its approval, metered parking is now in effect from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
Parking is still free all day on Sunday.
According to ParkIndy, each pay box will display new signs with updated hours as well as additional app payment options.
Customers will now have access to a second pay-by-cell vendor, Way To Park.
