INDIANAPOLIS — If you refreshed your Instagram feed 47 times with no luck Thursday evening, you weren't alone.
According to DownDetector.com, Instagram users first began reporting outages just after 5:30 p.m. And what do you do when you've lost access to your favorite accounts? You sprint over to talk about it on Twitter.
